Every registration paid by invoice produces a Swiss QR-bill in your name, with the right VAT rate. There is nothing to type in.
Payment reminders go out on their own
If you want, a reminder goes out before each invoice is due, then a follow-up if it is overdue. When the money arrives, you mark the invoice as paid.
