Schedule your sessions and choose your rooms
For each session, you set the dates, the room and the number of seats. If you have to cancel one, your participants and their managers (the people who registered them) are told by email and can move their registration to a later session.
What session management does for you
You choose the right room for every session
Add your venues and the rooms in each one. Give each room its capacity, then pick it from the session's schedule.
Your sessions are never overbooked
Set the number of seats for each session. Once they are taken, the session shows as fully booked and nobody else can register.
Everyone is told if a session is cancelled
When you cancel a session, its participants and their managers are notified by email. They can then move their registrations to an upcoming session that still has free seats.

When plans change
Rescheduling a cancelled session
When a session is cancelled, whoever made the registration, the manager or the participant, can easily move it to an upcoming session with free seats. Once that is done, each participant and their manager get an email.

- Nobody has to register again
